Hayley Stanton

I’m Hayley Stanton, co-founder of Lark & Ledger. I have had a very non-traditional career path. I started my career in industry for a large company but quickly pivoted and have spent the majority of my work life working intimately in every facet of small business. It’s here that I discovered my passion for entrepreneurship. It is also here that I discovered what a significant gap exists for so many business owners in managing the business of their business.

I want to change that.

I want to give passionate business owners - who are great at what they do - peace of mind and clarity. My goal is to remove the stress that comes with not knowing what you do not know and to empower business owners with the support they need to understand their financial and tax strategy, make wise, data driven decisions and ultimately turn their lark into a legacy.

Outside of work, my life with my wonderful husband is a messy, beautiful chaos driven almost completely by our 3 amazing littles. We spend hours each day outside hunting for bugs, catching lizards and looking for adventure all around us. If I’m not outside, you can probably find me in the kitchen attempting my newest foodie creation. I love a great story and I think the best one is the story of Jesus.
